this is the best supplement for vitamin d i have ever come across!! it has simple and clean ingredients and it is so easy to just take a few drops! i put the drops on the back of my hand and just lick them off, but you could easily put them in a drink or whatever you want! vitamin d being a fat soluble vitamin, the oil is perfect! the only thing is that the flavor is mildly off-putting but it isn't bad at all i think i just dont really like the way oil tastes personally. it is really not an issue though at all. love this product!

I am so chemically sensitive that I'm allergic to almost ALL vitamins %26 supplements. However, Vitamin D is so important, that even though this brand is quite expensive compared to other brands, I just use the 5 recommended drops on whatever joints happen to be bothering me. It actually seems to lessen the pain in the joints for me.
