Very useful for dicing

I only use it for dicing tomatoes and cucumbers but it works great for those and the price was excellent. I took it to work and two of my managers use it and two of the other servers use it. (We prep for a small salad bar) You do need to scrape or spray it out to get tomato skin or cucumber peel out but then we just throw it on the dishwasher. It's held up great for several months now. I need to get one for my house and my boss said she wants one for her house.

Better than expected

Product was sturdy and seems well built. A small learning curve and VERY sharp. Great for Onions, Cucumbers and Tomatos as I used it first thing to make a Cerviche. If you only use it for onions its worth the price, however you will find yourself making more salsa's and other stuff that requires a bunch of chopping. Clean up was easy, however I used a tooth brush for nooks and crannys
