Our GoodCook Pro Mandoline Slicer cuts straight or creates julienne strips of produce. Adjustable knobs on either side of the mandoline adjust the thickness of the slice ("S" knob) or converts the blade from straight cuts to julienne ("J" knob). Cut straight or julienne strips at three different thicknesses: thin, medium & thick. The non-slip foot keeps the mandoline secure when used on the counter or bridged across the rim of a bowl. A food guide is included to keep fingers protected and grip onto shorter pieces of food as you slice.
