honestly probably the best set ive seen on the internet for a budget freindly price on a trustworthy site for people starting their fitness journey. sure some people said some of the weights have slight damage or stains around the ring seal that seals sand in the weight. but in my case only one of the smaller weights had it but nothing was leaking out and didn't notice any weight difference between it and an undamaged one so no biggy in my case.

Good set of weights for the money I paid. However the bar is very short so your arms are right by your sides when you lift or hold it on your shoulders. Also my core roller did not come apart in order to put a weight on it to roll. I thought about returning it but the bar and weights are worth the Black Friday price alone.

Only recommend if you are not strength training. It's perfect for kids or lightweight lifters. It has EIGHT 2.76 pound weight plates and four 5.5 pound weight plates. you have to stack 6 plates on each side of the dumbbell just to get 44 pounds to lift. makes no sense. maybe it's for people who want others to see all the plates and think they're lifting a lot 😆
