Great Support Band

I wear size Large in maternity bottoms, so I wanted to go a size larger, XL. Really wish I had bought size L instead, but still no complains. Instructions were confusing for a second, but I got it wrapped and for me, felt like instant relief. Only wore it for 2-3 hours, but it was enough for me to get stuff done around the house without stopping every 3minutes to rest.

I recommend slipping the first band that is already a full circle belt over ur head and never undoing it. It was the perfect tightness before i undid it. Other than that it is super helpful. Helps with not only back support and pain relief but also pelvic support. I was 20 weeks pregnant and about 200lbs (and 5ft tall)and i got a large and it still fits 2 weeks later with plenty of room to expand as needed.
