I cant for sure claim it runs true to size im so glad it fits but i dont wear it all the time but it does help my back when im doing house cleaning. Its not comfortable bending with it but im also not comfortable bending down in general. But yes it does help and its easy to put on.

I bought the belt the next size up from pants size . The reason I did the first belt I bought said go by your pants size and that belt did not fit . My daughter has a job that still has her lifting she is 7 mths and her sciatica nerve flared up pretty bad .she couldn't hardly walk . The belt has really helped her a lot ... She really likes it.
