Wasn't aware I was receiving used items.

Motherboard was poorly packaged. Anti-static bag did not have MSI seal on it. Meaning the product was used or taken out the bag. Either way shouldn't be messing with the anti static bag , which could potentially damage the board. The description and title of product doesn't state that it's used or refurbished. If that was known I wouldn't of made this purchase. It's very upsetting that I waited all this time for a used item.
