Totally worth it i gained extra grip when holding things %26 my grip got more stronger i also get some veins popping out my arm after using it for a few weeks but i only 4 star on grip only because for how long you grip it for because when you grip it for too long or do too many reps your hand hurts a little bit so just take breaks when gripping but other than that 5 STARS i recommend it

The set is really nice. My physical therapist wanted me to get two of pieces for home exercise after my surgery. When I showed him this package available from Walmart he couldn't believe I could get all of these for $14 and 1 day shipping.
