I have small hands and never find them that my fingers fit around the handle not this one it was smaller it was comfortable it looks cooler than the old skool joints and it had another smaller same kinda hand grip and two rubber soft more of a stress gripper than the hand gripper and a nice little storage bag I should have ordered a set with two I don't need any of the other stuff it came with just the main grip features I want two now instead of the one I ordered but oversuper happier with the quality and comfort of the gripper
