Hey reviewers! I have an autistic son who is 10 years old, and he enjoys this device. Had the tablet for over a month and a half and there were no issues. Great screen display, good quality and duration battery time and associated with Google platforms, Good enough for me. Unfortunately, my son has used the charger port to plug it in the tablet and within the cable inside the device broke off. I was very grateful to reach out to the company BOKO TECH and explained what happened. The management went above and beyond to provide a new tablet for my son and informed me even though I am under their warranty, this issue is not covered for accidental damage. I am very humbled. If any changes happen will definitely provide an update inquiries :)
