I highly recommend Bigelow as they package their tea bags individually or4 to a package in a foil packet. Bigelow has the wonderful flavors of tea that you can only, otherwise, get from purchasing actual whole tea leaves.

Green tea is very healthy for you😊

I've been drinking green tea now for over a year. I have one or 2 cups a day which I have been told is very healthy for me. Most weeks I drink tea every day and every once in a while, I still miss a cup of coffee. I found this brand to be the smoothest with the best flavor.

I have been drinking this brand of green tea like 7 years, I don't buy it for the flavor but for health benefits, it doesn't taste bad I'm just not a tea person. I put stevia in mine and drink it hot in the winter and make it by two quarts to keep as a cold drink in the summer.
