Sizing is SO OFF!!

These shorts are completely wrong in so many ways. The fabric is very cheap (not that I expected much because of the price, but it's just super cheap!), they roll up on the legs as soon as you move at all in them, and the craziest thing is their sizing. I ordered both small %26 medium. They not only were IDENTICAL in size in all ways, they also were sized more like a CHILDREN'S size 8-10 or maybe 10-12. They are ridiculously tiny.
