I'm a lady and I have been contemplating these for a while. They hold my butt well and not give all that spillage! My measurements are 36, 28, 42 and regular underwear just bugs me so much! I am not only a commuter, but having to sit down can be uncomfortable when regular underwear pinch my butt cheeks or gives me a wedgy! I got the small for better support. It has great stretch! The baggy area at the front (for a man's package 📦), smoothened out, because my butt pulled that area away from the crutch to give more room in the buttock area which worked out well! It does shape the female part a bit, but for the most part, I think it's an attractive underwear for women who prefer boy short undies like I do, but Victoria secrets boyshorts don't give much coverage anymore.
