Safavieh Lattice Petal Indoor/Outdoor Garden Patio Stool, Light Blue

I "Did Not Receive" the Safavieh Lattice Petal Indoor/Outdoor Garden Patio Stool, in White. Instead they sent me an Ugly Grey Shag Runner Rug, in its place. I called Walmart's Online Customer Service and told them of my situation. They offered me a "Refund" or a "Replacement". I chose a Replacement, because I really liked and wanted this Garden Patio Stool. So after waiting a couple of days to hear from the Seller with a new Delivery Day and Time of my Replacement, instead I received an Email informing me of a "Full Refund". I called Walmart, back regarding this Refund and the Ugly Grey Runner. They told me that they could not send a Replacement and a Refund was the only option and that I could keep, donate or discard the rug. Well, to say the least, I am very, very disappointed with Walmart.
