Have not received

The design good but the finished product less than satisfactory and ill-fitted. I have all the paperwork from the order,.Order number ,CREDIT CARD payment %26 receipt. Nevertheless, on returning the item, order %23 2000135-90284804, to Walmart store, 5700 N.W. 23rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32653, I was denied a refund to the Mastercard. The denial came without an explanation. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the lack of communication and the fact that this unacceptable item was not refundable. A very unsatisfactory purchase and something I will share with others!
