This machine makes a very good cup of coffee along with coffee house quality lattes! It is easy to use and clean. It takes a little bit of time to set up and adjust the coffee to your liking. I wish the coffee was a little bit hotter, but it works for us. It's only been a few weeks but we are enjoying this machine.

This machine is great and easy to use. It does the thinking and the work. Only complaint is I wish the coffee was a bit hotter but my microwave is 8' away, no no big deal. I still have to give this machine a rating of 5. Unreal how good the coffee tasted.

So far machine better than expected! Drinks customizable, strong and hot as I liked, very minimal my involvement... I making only strong espresso and cappuccino and I happy with they taste. This is my fifth coffee machine and I like it more than the same price Gaggia and Phillips. Recommend!
