Solid machine

We have had the 3300 for about a month now, and this is easily the best coffee/cappuccino machine we have ever owned. Yes, it is not cheap, however, for the one-touch capability, it is a game changer. Some things that we have noticed: 1. We normally use almond milk in our everyday life. While you will get a “foamy” type experience using the frother, for the best results you will need to use either dairy milk or a barista type oat milk for the real cappuccino experience. 2. All of the drinks are very good; cappuccino, the latte, and regular coffee. While we are still experimenting with different beans, we have not made a drink that we have not enjoyed. 3. When starting the machine up, we do notice that it does expel a bit of water before it is ready to brew. I am sure that the unit stores this water to make the steam for the frother, but be away that you be dumping the overflow tray often.

Customization!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Philips 5500 espresso machine with Lattego and wow does it impress! I love that you can create different user profiles and over 20 different drinks. I just wish the coffee was hotter. This was gifted by philipshomeliving!
