Very tall but compact doll house

It was really difficult for me to find a doll house for my 7 year old that was about her size, but fit 12in Barbie dolls. This one was perfect! It does not come assembled, but just a screw driver was all I needed to put it together. It is made from nice wood.

i already got a doll house $89 made of plastic. so to see this deal for half the price and wood. amazing. the assemble time wasnt bad. very easy to follow instructions. only downside is two things. 1) the fencing on the top right. jus isnt so stable but i can definitely do without it and the house will still be amazing. 2) the ice cream elevator, not sure if those screws are long enough to connect the back to the ice cream so it can go on the glider. but over i will buy this product 10 more time. should buy 10 now for future gift for kids :-P
