I wanted to love this rug so badly but I did have to return it upon receiving it. The colors and patterns are great and just as shown but the rug material itself is very rough and scratchy. I could not walk across it in my living room, this would make a perfect patio/deck rug in a nicer climate, but just not soft enough for indoor use in my opinion. The customer service process was extremely prompt and professional!
