Assembly instructions were pictures only. Although I figured it out a lack of words made it a little difficult. I can see where some may have difficulty with this. I know I would not have been satisfied getting it pre-built as too many times in the past from various companies i have found at a later date missing or loose parts. Customer service and/or employees do not seem to have the pride in workmanship as years past. I am a little disappointed in Nexgrill's choice of components. If you need to move grill up or down an elevation there is no real sturdy part to hold without fear of bending something. Overall, it appears to be made just like any other grill in this category with some small improvements.

Beautiful grill with plenty of space. After removing the pieces to assemble, there is a dent/dimple on the shelf and scratches on the ledge above the burner knobs.
