The bike was easy to assemble and the quality and looks of the bike were good. However, when the box arrived it had been crushed and previously opened. When I opened the box the basket on the bike was crushed and the bell was missing. I am assuming someone had opened the box to take the bell out or maybe it was a return and the bell had not been put back in the box. My wife took the plastic basket and was able to get it back into shape with the use of a hot air gun and putting some rolled up pieces of paper inside it overnight. We had to go buy another bell for the bike at Walmart.

I purchased this 16" purple bike for my 4 year old granddaughter an it arrived very quickly. I loved that as much as she did. It was easy enough that my daughter n law was able to assemble it with very little help from me an thats another plus. However it did not come with a bell. Everything else was included except the bell so im going to try to reach out to the seller to try to get the bell replaced. I still give this bicycle a 5 outta 5 as my granddaughter was able to ride it immediately after it was assembled an she didn't seem bothered whatsoever that the bell was missing so I'm still quite pleased.
