i purchased the assembly crew to come and set it up I will never do that again very poor service very poor communication and did not ever refund my money I do not Recommend Angie to anyone and will never do business with them O did finally hire my own person to install he leveled ground and set up in less then an hr and only charged me 60$ apoosed to (walkmart/angie) 98$. the hot tub itself is great, and we are loving it just turn down the heat during these hot days, and it is very relaxing highly recommend
