The support is perfect for me. I have had knee and hip pain and back nights until I got this. Now I sleep much better. I have had knee injury, hip and thigh bone injury and surgery and spinal injury and surgery. Sleeping has been iffy for so long that waking up from a real sleep was confusing at first.
