I like this insole specifically because it is a full size insole that covers the whole inside of the shoe. It can add bulk to an already tight shoe but if you have some room, give these a try. I don't know how to describe the support. It's not soft foam. It's not gel. It's not massaging. It's a bit flat with a tiny bump on the side but not recommended for people with arch problems. It just makes it so your feet aren't so tired after a long period standing or walking.
