This heated mattress pad is not overwhelming in its heat. Just comfortable enough to remove chill from sheets before bed and keep you comfortably warm all night. Wires are not noticeably uncomfortable at all. Do not even feel them really. Very pleased

For the price this heated mattress cover is great. It has dual controls and is easy to assemble. The preheat feature is great! So far, no problems. We sized up, as we want to get a mattress topper... but unfortunately I don't think it will fit under as we have a deep mattress already.
