It's a brand that's been around since I was a kid better than one day vitamins and I take the 50 because it has more B vitamins than the regular. When you reach 50 you wake up one day and your energy is gone and everything hurts. No lie.

The cap is oversized and easy to twist on and off. They're also verified nonGMO and are gluten-free.
