Some advantages to this Centrum product

Its been a couple of years, but this is the only multi-vitamin that actuashowed no benefit in cardiovascular health lly has been tested and shown to provide health benefits beyond keeping your body's vitamins and minerals at proper levels. With Centrum Over 50, there are health benefits to cognitive health as well as a slight reduction in cancer incidence indicated. A study with 14,000 physicians taking this vitamin showed no benefit in cardiovascular health, so a slight edge to this product versus others. Results of te studies are online and you can read the details and decide for yourself if it is the multivitamin that does what you want it to.
