Oklahoma Joe's Highland Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

The smoke flavor when we mixed the charcoal and food was outstanding. Our first cook was a tri-tip which we've cooked many times but this hands down was our best ever cook!

I just cooked BBQ chicken and the grill works very well and looks great in my back porch, it's a great quality product. I like the reverse flow system as it mades the BBQ chicken smells and tastes better than regular one. The temperature is also steady. It doesn't have much smoke coming out from the grill. The assembling took me almost 3 hours as I did it alone by myself, the instruction recommends 2 people but I was managed to do it myself. If you have 2 people, likely it will be much faster. I used my outdoor chair to hold the firebox part while attaching it to the main body. The size is great and there is plenty space of grilled area so you can cook for multiple people at the same time, and you can also attach second rack on top if needed more. I like that the wheels are also big and sturdy, so it's easy to move the grill. I think it will last me for a long time as it seems durable. Over all I'm so happy with this product.
