First full length of the tub mat I ever tried and it makes me think perhaps I should have purchased one sooner. It is slip resistant and that quality is needed. Took one use to get it to stay straight after being rolled up until using - glad that was simple and easy also. Rinse it off after each use before leaving the shower and so far it still looks as good as new.

Not soft. Hard plastic. Fits bathtub perfectly. It doesnt move around once installed. It does provide friction to reduce the risk of falling. But its not very soft underfoot. If you have sensitive feet, this mat is not made for comfort.
