Miralax powder doesn't really work for me , I have ibs-c but these do for some reason. Start off with two and work your way up to 4 or you will get gas.

My GI Dr recommended I use these for my intestinal issues,it says take 3 a day but it caused to much gas so I only take 2 a day plus I take Senokot and to be truthful I'm so glad he recommended I eat more fiber, I eat 1 meal a day so since I've started these my intestines are much better
