I bought this for my sister and her boyfriend as they both have back issues and it made the perfect inexpensive Christmas gift. I have one myself and has been a great substitute for the chiropractor and has saved me lots of $$$. It works great, is convenient and light to move around. I do recommend purchasing a book that shows you all the differents stretches and exercised you can doi with it.

I recently had a really bad hamstring in my leg, and my trainer at the gym that I go to had me roll-out my leg on a Foam Roller. Within days I was feeling so much better from the hamstring.
