Well Worth the Sale Price

My cat had demolished her beloved sisal scratching post and I needed a replacement. I saw this one on sale for $34. I would NOT have paid the MSP of $55 - but it's definitely worth $34. My worries of her acceptance were put to rest when my cat walked up, sniffed, and immediately jumped into the hammock! Lol. She also gave the sisal posts a few scratches right off the bat. I noticed the height of mine is roughly one inch shorter than the stated size - but so what, amirite? Negligible. The other components were pretty much in line with stated size. I can't speak to longevity yet - as only just got this - but my cat gives her approval. 🐾 PROS: For practically the price of a good sisal scratching post, your cat gets multiple scratching areas, a hammock, and a self-groomer. Plus, it makes me smile to see my cat lounge in a hammock by a cactus. 🤣 It's super easy and quick to assemble and thankfully, they include the allen/phillips combo tool needed to screw everything together. CONS: The only thing, and it's not that big a deal to me at this sale price point, is the sisal rope is a little thinner than the "normal" size that I'm accustomed to seeing. I will be watching this to see if it's an issue as time passes.

the kittens loved it feom the start. they love climbing on the cactus. the only downside was the fabric that goes around the bottom to make the holes velcros together in the kittens got to the velcro immediately and pulled it off. it's not essential to the unit so we just tossed it in the trash. other than that it was a great buy and I would recommend it for anyone who has kittens!
