Great for smaller cats

This was just what I was looking for. The top shelf is about 2 feet off the ground which makes it possible for your cat to jump right up. Mine jump on top of the box and then up to the top. This is ideal for young or smaller cats, I have one 7 pounder and one 14 pounder, the smaller one spends all her time on the top shelf. I do have a weight on the bottom platform to add stability. Overall a very good value and will be enjoyed by your cats I'm sure.

A sturdy cat tree that's nice for the price!

This is a clever, easy to assemble cat tree that is replacing an old one that I'd had for some time, and needed replacement. It was affordable, but sturdy - and my cat loves it. She's asleep in the upper level of it right now!
