Just buy this for your skin. It will thank you!!! It islisted as a toner, but it is really something different. It is not as thick as a serum, but the viscosity is thicker than a western toner. You definitely do not need to use cotton balls or the like to apply this. Just a few drops into your palm and pat onto your face. Your skin will soak it up and you will wonder how your skin was as dehydrated as it was. Dry, oily, combination or sensitive this will hydrate the skin on your face. I would also put any leftover onto the back of your hands.
