Easily overcome a step or other rises with the Silver Spring Aluminum Adjustable Threshold ramp. This ramp comes with stainless steel legs and threaded screws that enable you to adjust the height of the ramp from 2.75in to 6.625in. The bottom of each leg has a swivel foot mounted on a ball joint provide stability on slightly uneven surfaces. This ramp is perfect for either odd size rises or when you need to use a threshold ramp in different parts of your home, office or warehouse. Please note that this ramp is specifically designed for use with doors that open inwards only. Our threshold ramp is made from high-strength aluminum with an epoxy based grit coat surface for great traction in all weather conditions. The edges of the ramp are painted a bright yellow for high visibility. With a 400 lb. weight capacity this threshold ramp can be used with wheelchairs, scooters and most power chairs.

Great ramp...for a different use
Love this ramp. Purchased it because my corgi has arthritis and back issues and can no longer hop up the 6.5" thresholds on doors that lead outside. This is short so it fits on the landing and the slope is fine for him. Cut a yoga mat to add some softness to the top -- the texture is rough but that makes it a good grip. It is light enough that I can move the ramp to the side easily and strong and sturdy enough that I can just walk down it myself.

One of the Best Threshold Ramps on the Market
My mom is 85 years old and lives at home with the help of home health aids and assisted devices I've installed all over the apartment to keep her safe when she transfers from room to room. Living in a condominium, the biggest problem we faced was finding a way for an aid to easily transport her in a wheelchair from the front door and down a few steps. The step out the front door is over 8 inches high! The condominium wasn't interested in making mods and wouldn't allow us to change it either. I researched for over a week and tried another inferior ramp before I finally bought this one. It's everything it promised to be: light, sturdy and safe. At one of its highest settings, this ramp butts right up against the kick below the door with no rattling, no shaking and no drama. The home health aid can easily manage this ramp and the wheelchair. My mom is more mobile now thanks to this ramp. If you need a ramp that's lightweight and portable, this is it. It can fit easily into the trunk of a car and be taken with you.
