I use this powder for a lot of different things, including baking and just daily general use. My favorite use is to blend a scoop of the powder with some heavy cream to make a protein whipped cream for my coffee in the morning. No need to add sweetener! I feel confident, giving it to my child in smoothie form as I know he's getting all the nutrients that he needs.
