I'm am going to be totally honest. I do not remember even ordering these items. I'm not sure how they ended up in my cart. I just don't like to send things back and go through that process. So we gave them to our grandkids. They seemed to like them.

I contacted Designer Wellness via email regarding one pack (in a box of 12) that was bulging. The customer service representative, who appeared to be a trainee, kept following up by requesting one piece of information with each of a total of 4 replies. (one reply each day over a period of 4 business days). When I received the 4th response, I called Walmart customer service and the issue was resolved in minutes .
