What an upgrade!
This chair is amazing! The old chair had had lost all its padding and it hurt to sit in. I was looking for a chair that I could sit and do my job for 10 to 12 hours with minimal breaks and as far as I can tell this meets that and more! I'm doing better with taking breaks, but this chair is very very comfortable. The arms raise up easily and that is so helpful with my desk and getting as close as I need to.. before the arms were in the way and I couldn't get as close as I wanted. No longer a problem! The padding on the seat is super cushioned. I'm 5'2 nearly 180 lbs and this office chair is the best out of the 3 previous chairs I've had. I had someone on Thumbtack put it together for me but he did it alone within 30 minutes. He didn't need to drill any extra holes or make things line up that weren't correct. I'd buy this chair again in a heartbeat! If I had to look for a con, it would be that I'd like the seat to be a tad deeper. It probably best that it's not since I'm short but I would like to go back a touch further. I know you've been looking all over, reading every review but if comfort is your main priority- look no further because this is it.
