I have used eyeliner for years, but have found Cover Girl to be the most long-lasting and non-smearing. It goes on easily and stays put for several hours without touch-up. My only critique is that it looks more black than the actual grey I would like to match my eyebrows.

First eyeliner to last all day. TRUST ME.

I've tried a lot of eyeliner labeled as waterproof and long lasting, but for my oily eyelids it always smudges. Usually at the end of the day my eyeliner smudges and it looks like I have the worst eye bags. But with this eyeliner it looks the same as I first applied it. It never smudges or fades. When they say work out proof and sweat proof, they really mean it. If you have oily eyelids like me and can't find an eyeliner that lasts, then trust me and get this one.
