Great Value Tropical Fruit Blend, 48 oz (Frozen)

So, so good! I can really taste the coconut. What I like about this fruit blend is that the honey or sugar is truly optional. Especially when I use maybe a vanilla non dairy milk. The individual fruit flavors are easy to identify and it is naturally sweet.

I'm not a big breakfast eater - I don't feel like heavy food (e.g., pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc.) first thing in the morning. However I know it's important to eat a healthy breakfast. I've learned to make delicious fruit smoothies that go down easy and give me the protein and fruits and dairy I need. I do purchase fresh bananas that I peel and slice and they are delicious. But after my fresh bananas are gone, it's always a joy to have delicious sliced frozen bananas ready to use in my fruit smoothies. Trust me they are delicious, fresh or frozen.
