What a difference this flour made to my bread. I was using cheaper flour (grocery store brand) and my bread was tasteless. It is more expensive but was so worth it! I also feel better using it because it is organic. Bob's Red Mill products never disappoint!

This is a great flower. I always use King Arthur's but I tried this one and like it just as well. It's nice to know. I have two options. I use organic flowers as well as gluten flowers to have a variety of different kind of breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and so on. Great value, I recommended to anyone to try.
