I usually don't leave reviews but I have to because I had a really good experience with Max & Lily. I got the full bed with the trundle. The whole bed was very easy to put together (even the trundle) and my daughter loved it. However, the next day while my daughter was lying on the trundle we heard it break. We checked and it was underneath the trundle where the wheels go. I emailed their customer support and they replied within the hour, they provided me with a solution to either replace the piece that broke off or to replace the whole trundle. I chose to replace the whole trundle and use the extra pieces for extra support. I personally would not get the trundle bed again but I will 100% purchase different furniture and recommend others to buy from Max & Lily.
