Great noodle - new household staple!

These are great rice noodles. I've tried lots of gluten free noodles and a lot of them are not great. These come with enough in the box to feed my entire family at a decent price. I tried organic rice noodles that Walmart carries and there were not nearly enough in the box, though they were yummy as well. These noodles are a nice change to a standard noodle. We love these for Asian dishes or just as a noodle replacement. Easy and fast to cook up. We typically cook them in chicken broth for a bit extra flavor. I will be buying these again for my family. They are now a stable in our household.

The perfect noodle for celiac patients

I have Celiac and cannot have wheat these are my new go to noodles. I make an excellent chow mein with these noodles all gluten free just delicious and a very clean taste and nice change from gluten free spaghetti. They are tender and perfect for gluten free Chinese cooking.

Easy, simple, completes my dish

I received this free sample of these gluten free stir fry noodles. I love that they are gluten free was I am watching my intake since been having some digestive issues. They were easy to make, took about 6 minutes. I added them in with some fresh lemon grass from my garden and some chicken and peppers and some sauce. I tasted them and my partner as well and they do a good job absorbing all of the flavors from the meal. They had that kinda meaty feel that these kind of noodles should have and yet were still flexible. Totally would buy them again. I can't wait to think up some other dishes to use them with.
