First and foremost, I had an impact wrench that couldn't quite break lugs loose on my pickup. I had to use a breaker bar, then the impact wrench. It was a harbor freight impact wrench I got a couple years ago. It was rated around 350 ft-lbs of torque, I believe. Kind of irrelevant now, but it was a $175 item, between that and a good enough battery and charger. One battery. This came with two batteries and a charger. I removed and reinstalled all the lugs with one battery, no breaking loose with a breaker bar, it handled it on its own. Do I recommend it? Yes. Do I recommend it for a professional mechanic? Also… yes. There are probably more powerful and reliable impact tools out there, but this works on 97% of lug removals. Stolen? Broken? Not a big deal. Pay $16 a month for the forever warranty. Saves time and money. Get two, they're cheap. Have the warranty, use one until it dies, then get a replacement while using the second one you got. Rinse, repeat.
