My concoction in this tumbler is: 1/2 full of Aloe Vera juice 2-3 Tbsp AVC juice added 1/2 full of any pleasant flavor you like Make your concoction your way. If you are going to do the "Pink Salt Trick" to slim down you will want to get Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar. This is one of the ingredients you will need. Also it is suppose to be healthy to take a couple swigs of it in the morning. I know a lady that does that most everyday and in the long years I have known her she has always stayed slim.
