The chair arrived fully assembled, in-box. I only had to raise the backrest, and pop on the foot rests. I like the fabric material of the seat and backrest because it feels durable. It comes with a seat belt and ankle straps for the foot rests, and they are already attached. Locking brakes on the rear wheels with big handle grips.
