Foam cushion makes a huge comfort difference in sitting on a wheel chair all day. Item accurately described and quick to ship. It arrived rolled up and flattened but after opening it, it puffed out and was ready to use. Really comfortable on my bum. Highly recommend to anyone who has to sit all day.
