This is the best toilet seat I've ever had. It's extremely well made. The manufacturer thought of everything. At first glance I didn't think it would fit but the hinges are so adjustable it fit perfectly. The hinges are stainless steel so it is very solid and secure. Plus it matches my rustic decor. Very nice, high-quality seat. At first, I thought it did not fit properly but soon realized that, if I turned the hinge base plate around, it would add another inch to the length of the seat. That feature was probably noted in the instructions but, I'm a guy, so naturally, I didn't read the instructions. Very good product; looks nice on a white toilet with marble shower walls. Well worth the price!
