Any one or a combination of these conditions may result in an unpredictable failure that is not covered by this warranty. All bicycles and frame sets should be periodically checked by a bike mechanic for indications of potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse. These are important safety checks and are very important to help prevent accidents, bodily injury to the rider, and shortened product life. Normal Parts - 1 Year---All other parts of the bicycle are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Limited Warranty. Normal Wear Parts - 45 Days---Normal wear parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 45 days from the original date of purchase.
