I am so grateful for the video that came with the products ad because it gave me the visuals that I needed to get everything assembled. Otherwise, I would've been completely stuck. Them owners guide/manual gave me the biggest headache when looking through it I couldn't figure out what was what! The ad was a bit of a headache because it was no option to rewind when I needed to, so I had to watch it over and over again; however, it was a lifesaver and helped me get the assembly done correctly and with a great deal of ease. There was a slight dent on one of the tire covers, but I banged it out with a hammer and it doesn't look so bad. The style of this bike is impeccable. I would have given my two front teeth to have a bike that cool when I was a kid and my daughter was so happy to receive it. I would recommend it over and over to anyone whoever ever asks my opinion on it. This was by far one of the best purchases that I have made for the price.

Super cute fun bike!

My daughter loved her new bike on Christmas morning exactly what she wanted. I got the 20' bike for my 10 year old. Perfect fit for her! Wasn't the easiest put together, but I had a friend help me and we figured it out with help from a YouTube video . Still trying to adjust the front brakes that aren't working great but my daughter can use the pedals to break. I thought it came with a rear rack, but it wasn't with it. So I gotta check into that but otherwise it's really cute bike really unique and vintage looking and she loves the basket to put her stuff in.
