I emailed the seller on 12/26/25 and emailed Walmart Customer service on 12/30/25 about the remote control not working. Still to this day, I have not received a response back from XJD. I received a response back from Walmart Customer Service on 01/01/26 stating someone will reach out to me when they return from vacation on 01/05/26 and STILL NOTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND THE BOARD!
